The staff of this hotel is a hypocrite. The staff of this hotel is manipulative. Very bad management. People working there cannot admit their mistakes. They say your mistake. I don't recommend this hotel, there are bad staff. If you want to have a great stay, don't stay there!!! No good. Very bad

We happily visited the QE2 today and had a great tour in the ship, however the highlight of this tour was that we were very lucky to meet our tour guide as well as an art curator and a passionate history and story teller Brendan Clarke. Brendan took us back in time by telling us the story of QE2 from 1905 and up to day. His passion and the unbelievable flow of information, dates, his wonderful sense of humor, and his smooth way of answering all of our questions made this tour even more fun and fruitful. Thank you very much Brendan for making this a memorable one. Also, I truly enjoyed the restaurant & lunch experience, where we were taken care of by Simra. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely welcoming. Thank you QE2 for this amazing day.

Amaaaaaaaaazing experience, we booked the tour and lunch package, and it was OUTSTANDING. Brendan welcomed us very warmly and from the first second it felt like we went into a time machine. He took us back in time and his story telling capabilities were outstanding and made us feel that we were part of QE2 since it was first launched. The tour covered way more than what we expected and definitely it was way more than just a good value. Talking to Brendan made us realize how knowledgeable he is and how QE2 itself is lucky to have him. He knows a lot of details, it shows he researched and he was loaded with information. This tour with Brendan was super interesting, fascinating and very eye opening. The amazing tour ended by dropping us to Lido restaurant for our delicious lunch with wide selection to choose from and the fast and lovely service by Sabina and the rest of the team. They were very accommodating and the service was definitely top notch. OUTSTANDING experience and definitely will recommend it.

May 14/2024 - May 15/2024. From the check in time everything was dissatisfied and disappointed. Me n my wife book the hotel on 14 th may we arrived the hotel very late ( already called n inform the hotel prior ) around 6 clk evng .and we waited almost 45 min to start our check in process . There was a huge group was checking in . When our check in process started, I don’t remember the staff name . The lady staff with yellow color hair was very rude . I give my physical id as booking under my name . N she ask my wife’s id . Unfortunately she didn’t have the id with her . But she had the emirates id scanned copy in her phone . But the front office staff (The lady staff with yellow color hair) she was very rude and told us can’t allow this check in because no physical id . I explained her we are coming from Sharjah it’s very difficult to go and get the id now . Then I asked to talk to the manager on duty . She also telling the same thing . But at least she was nice and polite. Finally only me checked in , while all this time my wife was sitting on the couch in lobby . I went to the room kept our baggage n came back . And we realize this is not the best time to go Sharjah n come back to bring the id . Because of the traffic . So we went for a movie . After that we went to Sharjah all the way brought the id . Night after 12 we checked in again by providing my wife’s id . After all this came to room ac was too cold like 17 degree Celsius in room . I tried myself to increase the temperature but couldn’t that ac regulator was not working . Then I called 4-6 times reception , 7-8 times operator , 3-4 times housekeeping . Most annoying part was no one answered the call . !!! Imagine it’s a 4 star unique property. This is what the customer getting ? Finally we didn’t have energy to wait for some one we switched off the ac and slept . Because no ac , room was stuffy no ventilation. Was disaster night .!!!
